did weight work out #2.
today is my everyother fri massage day, 2hrs with Alex. Worked on my legs, back, and feet.
Was unable to do my run today, Had to work last nite. Did weight workout.
was unable to due my run today, I feel like a slug. Did core yoga work out. Worked an extra shift today.
My weeks run Thurs thru Wed.
Felt great, beautiful fall day. Gracie and I ran an easy 5 miles.
This workout was done on the Treadmill, ugh. Im definately a morning runner.
